Siding isn’t just a color change. It’s your home’s weather barrier.
We install vinyl, engineered wood, and fiber cement siding, and we start behind the wall. The sheathing gets checked, moisture damage gets fixed before it’s covered, and every window, corner, and roof line is detailed so water is sent out, not trapped.

Is this you?
When siding needs more than paint, and how to tell.

Cracked, loose, or missing panels
Wind and impacts crack and loosen panels, and every gap lets water reach the sheathing behind them. One damaged area is a repair, but damage all around the house usually isn’t.

Warped or buckled walls
Siding that waves or buckles was usually nailed too tight or has water behind it. Vinyl needs room in the nailing slot to move with the weather.

Stains, rot, or soft spots
Water stains, peeling paint, or soft trim mean moisture is getting behind the siding. The longer it stays, the more of the wall it reaches.

How we install it
A wall that keeps water out, detail by detail.
We check what’s behind it
Before we price anything, we look behind the siding, not just at it.

We check the sheathing, the clearance above the soil, and the windows, because that’s where walls fail. Done badly, siding hides problems instead of solving them.
Installed to the manufacturer’s specs
Every product goes up the way its maker says, so the warranty holds.

Vinyl gets room in the nailing slot to expand and contract. Fiber cement is cut, sealed, and fastened to spec. Engineered wood is kept clear of soil and mulch, with every cut end sealed.
Planned with your gutters
We plan the siding and gutters together, so water goes where it should.

Kickout flashing, where a roof edge meets a wall, sends water away from the siding instead of behind it.
The product named on your scope
Your scope names the siding product before you hire us.

So the warranty you read is the warranty you get, and you can compare it with any other bid line for line.
With your roof
Doing siding and a roof? Do them together.
The roof edge, drip edge, fascia, gutters, and siding all meet in the same few inches of your home, and that’s where most water gets in. Doing them together means one company details that joint correctly, one crew schedule, and nobody to point fingers at if it ever leaks. It also costs meaningfully less than doing them a year apart.

How it works
How a siding job runs. No surprises, start to finish.
Five steps, each one in writing, so you always know what happens next and what you’ll have in hand.
The process From the first visit to the warranty papers
01
We inspect the walls.
We check the siding, soft spots in the sheathing behind it, the clearance above the soil, the windows and doors, and where the gutters send the water.
02
You choose, and get an exact written price.
The product, profile, and color, plus the trim, house wrap, flashing, and price, itemized on one page before we leave, so you can compare it with any other bid.
03
We protect the property and strip the walls.
Plantings are covered before the old siding comes off. You see photos of the sheathing, and soft spots are priced before we cover them.
04
Wrap, flash, then side.
House wrap goes on, every window and door is flashed, and kickout flashing goes where a roof meets a wall. Then the siding goes up to the manufacturer’s specs.
05
We walk the job and register the warranty.
We clean up and sweep for nails, walk every wall with you, and register the product warranty in your name.

FAQ
Questions about siding.

Still have a question?

Do you install siding?
Yes, across the same Pennsylvania and Delaware area we roof in. Done properly, siding means checking the sheathing underneath, fixing moisture damage before it’s covered, and detailing the trim, corners, and openings so water is sent out instead of trapped behind the wall.
Should I do siding at the same time as my roof?
If both are on your list, yes. They meet at the roof edge, where most leaks start, and doing them together means one company is responsible for that joint. It’s also meaningfully cheaper than doing them a year apart.
Which siding should I choose?
Vinyl when you want a simpler wall and don’t want to paint. Fiber cement when fire resistance, a longer life, or the look matters more. Engineered wood sits between them and has to stay out of mulch, with every cut end sealed. We name the product on the scope before you hire us.
Can damaged siding be repaired instead of replaced?
Yes, when the damage is in one area and the siding around it is sound. Damage all around the house, or problems that keep coming back, make replacement the better buy. We look at the whole house before we recommend either.
How long does a siding replacement take?
A full siding job on an average house is often several days to a week, because windows, doors, and trim are part of the work. Your scope states the day count.
Can I bundle multiple projects together?
Yes, and it usually saves you money. Roof, gutters, trim, siding, and attic insulation done together means one crew sequence and one company standing behind the whole outside of your home, instead of four contractors pointing at each other when something leaks.
