These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of rightandprecise.com and to the text messaging program operated by Right & Precise (“Right & Precise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program description: When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, roof inspection, or service inquiry; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to SMS marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotions and special offers from Right & Precise.
How to opt in: You can opt in by selecting “Yes” to one or both SMS questions on our contact form and submitting the form. Project messages and marketing messages are separate choices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: You can expect to receive 5–10 messages per month from us.
Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
